2004 F250 Transfer Case Oil Change

Allow the transfer case oil to fully drain. Once the t-case is drained re-install the drain plug. Next I used a fluid oil pump attached directly to the Mobil 1 bottle to add the new ATF.

Good point that is true do not put Mercon V in the transfer case. Ford has a special Mercon-based fluid specifically labeled Transfer Case Fluid for the cases.
